Before I began my yoga practice in 2011, I was an avid runner for over 20 years. I began to participate in Pilates, Zumba, and strength and conditioning classes to develop a more well-rounded approach to fitness. Through my love of these various formats, my journey as a teacher began, and in 2013 I became a licensed Zumba and Zumba Sentao Instructor. One year later, I became a NASM/AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor.
Yoga continued to be an essential part of my life; my practice taught me patience and gratitude, and provided numerous physical benefits including strength, balance, and flexibility. In 2015, I became a yoga instructor through the YogaWorks Teacher Training program, as well as a member of Yoga Alliance.

It is my belief and personal philosophy that there is a physical practice of yoga for EVERYONE. With mindfulness and careful attention to the alignment of the body in poses and movement, yoga can be safe and effective for all.
I often teach a chair based practice, suitable for people with injuries, illness, or balance issues. Utilizing a chair as a prop, just like a yoga block or strap, is useful for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. In addition, I incorporate breathing practices and meditation in my sessions.

Pricing is set by an hourly session rate. Payment can be made on a session-by-session basis or can be purchased and scheduled as a bundle package.
Single session: $150
*Rate subject to change depending upon travel costs incurred.
5 package sessions: $675
8 package sessions: $1,020
12 package sessions: $1,440
Special events: $200 per hour (1 hour minimum)
Payments are taken via check, cash, Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours of notice. In the case of sudden illness or emergency, please contact me as soon as possible via phone call or text message to (310) 962-0180. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, unless there is a true emergency, you will be asked to pay for your missed appointment in full, prior to booking a future appointment. Re-scheduling will depend on session time availability.
